Tournament rules
Tournament will be played over 9 Classical rounds with a time control of 45 minutes + 30 seconds increment. Normal entry fee is ₹1,000. Late entry fee is ₹1,300 on 08-10-2026 and 09-10-2026 up to 5:00 PM. No spot entries will be accepted. Entry fee is non-refundable. Registration must be completed through the Fire Chess School website. Minimum 100 entries and maximum 150 entries will be accepted. Players should report before the start of Round 1. Players should bring their own water bottle. Pairings, results and decisions of the Arbiter/Organising Committee will be final. Fire Chess School reserves the right to reject an entry when required for tournament administration or rule compliance.
